Delivery & Warehouse Manager

Before working with Power Solutions Specialists, Artie worked in the oilfield for 20 years. Now, he works as the Delivery and Warehouse Manager and makes sure the generators get to the right places at the right time. Artie also loves to go camping and enjoy nature in his free time.

Carol

Service Coordinator

Before working with Power Solutions Specialists, Carol had 10 years of experience with industrial generators and standby home generators. She is a professional office administrator with project management experience and an office systems specialist. Carol studied at Anchorage Community College in Anchorage, Alaska, and the COTM School of Ministry in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In her free time, she enjoys hunting and fishing, especially the salmon in Alaska. She also loves to do activities with her family and grandchildren, who are all boys!

Curly

Field Service Manager / Electrician

Before Curly worked with Power Solutions, he built cabinets for 4 years at R&B Cabinets and was an electrician at Conroe Empire Electric for 18 years. Outside of work, Curly likes to ride four-wheelers, racing R/C cars, and drag-racing nostalgia top-fuel motorcycles for Southern Motorcycles.

Graham

General Manager

Before Graham worked with generators, he served in the Army for 5 years. He then went to the Universal Technical Institute and has been working with generators for over 5 years. In his free time, Graham enjoys spending time with family and gaming.

Jessica

Sales Coordinator

Jess has been with Power Solutions Specialist since February 2023. Her experience with the administration in the medical field and as a production plant maintenance coordinator makes her a valuable asset to our team. Jess graduated from Lone Star College with certification in Power Equipment and a Level 1 Ammonia Tech (HVAC). Outside of work, she enjoys reading and loves the rain. Jess is the bright and cheerful voice you hear when calling Power Solutions. Her professional manner and excitement to give excellent customer service are contagious!

Paula

Financial Controller

Paula has lots of experience in an office, from being an Officer Manager to being a VP of Operations. She went to LBCC in Long Beach, California, for two years and then to the International Trade Institute in Long Beach, California, where she studied international letters of credit and export documentation. Paula likes to travel, plan parties, garden, and spend time with friends!

Roscoe

Service Technician II / Electrician

Roscoe has been an electrician for 15 years and has been working with generators for 6 years. He has an AA in electrical technology as well as a Certificate for Residential HVAC/Commercial HVAC and Industrial Technology from Merced Junior College in California. Roscoe enjoys floating the rivers and barbecuing, and has an extreme love for the outdoors. Between his knowledge and curiosity, he can fix any problem!

Corey

Parts / Service Specialist

Before joining the team at Power Solutions Specialist in October of 2023, Corey was a Child-care Director for 15 years, an I.T. Tech, a Music Instructor, and a Luthier. Working in such high intensity fields have left him virtually unflappable and a valuable member of our Service Team.

Whether you have an issue with your generator that you would like to get a Technician scheduled to fix, or would like quotes for Service, you will likely be transferred to Corey where he will always be happy to help and wish you a wonderful day afterwards.

Jared

Project Manager
Jared joined Power Solutions Specialist in November 2024, bringing with him a diverse background in management, customer service, and the marketing and promotional industry. Over the years, he has gained experience across multiple fields, including holding a real estate license, earning his CDL, and successfully operating his own small business for many years.
Starting with the company as a technician, Jared quickly advanced into the role of Project Manager through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction. He serves as the primary point of contact for new generator installations, guiding customers through every step of the process – from the initial in-home consultation to final startup and completion.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys classic cars, fishing, basketball, and spending time with his family. Known for going above and beyond for customers, he takes pride in making every experience smooth, professional, and enjoyable.

Jeremy

Service Technician / Electrician
Jeremy has been working as an electrician for more than 10 years, serving customers throughout the San Antonio and Houston areas. Over the past three years, he has specialized in generator installation, maintenance, and service, bringing a strong work ethic and extensive electrical expertise to every project. His hands-on experience and commitment to quality help ensure customers receive dependable solutions they can trust.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he’s fishing at the lake, camping with family, or firing up the grill for a backyard barbecue. He values quality time with his children and family and appreciates every opportunity to create lasting memories with them.

Austin

Service Technician
Austin brings over 10 years of experience in property management to his role at Power Solutions Specialist. Long before joining the company, he developed a passion for small engines and general contracting, skills he has been building and refining since childhood and continues to pursue today. His background in property management helped him develop strong customer service skills, allowing him to communicate effectively, solve problems efficiently, and ensure customers receive the highest level of care and attention.
When he’s not working, Austin enjoys spending time outdoors, following sports, and tackling hands-on projects. He is also a proud husband and father of two and values the time he spends with his family.

Alize

Construction / Service Technician
Alize is a highly skilled technician with a passion for diagnosing and repairing mechanical equipment. He attended UTI, where he studied both automotive and diesel technology, building a strong foundation that has helped him become an excellent generator technician and all-around mechanic.
 
Known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed, Alize is a valued member of the Power Solutions Specialist team. Whether he’s performing maintenance, troubleshooting a generator issue, or helping a customer understand their system, he takes pride in doing the job right.
 
When he’s away from work, Alize enjoys keeping life simple-spending time with his dog, relaxing, and playing video games.

Dave

Electrician / Service Technician
David brings more than 23 years of experience from his career with the City of Conroe, where he developed a strong foundation in the electrical field. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of projects, including large generator systems, electrical service work, and both commercial and residential installations. His extensive knowledge, hands-on experience, and dedication to quality make him a valuable member of the team.
When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking barbecue, and playing horseshoes. Most of all, he treasures time spent with his grandchildren and family, making memories and enjoying life’s simple pleasures.

Diego

Summer Youth Intern
 
Power Solutions Specialist is proud to introduce Diego, our Summer Youth Intern. Diego is participating in the Tomball Summer Youth Internship Program through the Tomball Economic Development Corporation, a valued community partnership that connects local students with hands-on career opportunities. This marks Diego’s second year in the program and his second summer with Power Solutions Specialist.
Diego graduated from Tomball High School in May 2026 and has recently enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, with plans to attend boot camp in August. As part of his career development, Power Solutions Specialist has enrolled Diego in our Electrical Apprentice Program, where he is gaining valuable industry experience and beginning to work toward the hours and training required to become a licensed electrician.
When he’s not at work, Diego enjoys playing the guitar, video games, and spending time with friends. We are excited to continue mentoring Diego, helping him develop new skills, and introducing him to the dynamic and rewarding world of generators and electrical power systems.
